why does castillo have to fight corrales again, but corrales duck joel's rubbermatch?

That piss's me off, and everyone can say what they want to say about casamayor, but all the fights he lost could have and should have in mine and many others opinions been wins, so why does he always get the short end of the stick...corrales to me is a ho for duckin joel...
dont get me wrong, i loved both jose-diego fights and i would like to see another corrales castillo fight but Joel deserves anotha shot, instead the only fights he can get is wit rising prospects, hes not a journeyman hes a star and they treat him so wrong, yea hes gettin old and slower but u cant deny his heart and i believe he has one if not a couple good fights left in him...
And i personally dont think weight was an issue in the diego jose fight, just look at the barrios anchondo fight, anchondo came in over weight and got knocked out, now if he would have won would he have been takin all the smack castillo is, some people look at comin in ova weight as a fighter whos not hungry not as an advantage, and thats not the only situation i can name where a fighter came in over weight and lost or won and nothin was said about advantages, i think jose just wanted it more, and corrales was still damaged from the first war but thats my opinion, but my question is why does it seem like everyone doesnt appreciate casamayor, call him dirty all u want, i call him a true warrior that never ducked anyone unlike corrales and freitas who wont dare to step back in the ring wit him...what do yall think am i wrong 4 dat?

I agree completely. I'd love to see a third bout between corrales-casamayor (who indeed more than deserves another shot at chico!) and of course the rubber match with castillo, who hopefully will make wt. so there will be NO excuses from the chico fans. Using the wt. as an excuse when the fighter that lost outweighed the winner on fight night is lame.

you obviously didnt see the fight, becuase casa was out on his feet at the end of the fifth round, and thats why chico was complaining so much, because he knew in the next round, hed have a ko.
you said chico ran from him forever, but did casa want a rematch, i never heard about it again

first off the 6th round was the last round of the fight.

it was stopped before the 7th.

i respected the hell out of chico for complaining so much and i dont think it should have been stopped either. he wanted to continue and the cut was not that bad. thats what happens when you get a ***** involved in boxing though in margaret goodman.

anyway casamayor knocked him down twice and then chico finally put him down, in which casamayor came back strong.

casamayor was easily winning the fight and was never ever out on his feet.

then in the rematch casa out boxed him so easily. i had it 8-3-1 with the closest i could have seen being 8-4. casamayor landed the more effective punches, and one of the rounds was 10-8 the 9th or 10th where he again put chico down, and had him hur tmore after wards.

chico never hurt casa in that fight, and people live to claim that chico controlled him with his jab?

casamayor beat freitas, only to be robbed because of a kd that was called by the idiot cortez in the 3rd round when it was clear that no punch landed and casa slipped. I DARE YOU TO TRY TO ARGUE THAT.

also got a point deducted. he also hurt freitas more than freitas hurt him cause he landed the cleaner punches.

diamond he knocked down in the first round, and almost had him out.

he then controlled the rest of the fight to clearly win by either 7-4-1 or 7-5 at the least.

castillo he outboxed for at least 7 of the first 9. castillo didnt even hit him until about the 6th.

i though it was a replay of the first round through rounds 2-5 cause it was the same casa landing the straight left over and over again snapping castillos head back.

castillo came on to win the last 2 rounds and i had it scored 7-4-1 for casa.

he beat corrales more clearly than any of them, and the freitas fight was actually the closest of any of them.

casamayor clearly won all of those damn fights, yet he was robbed and ill tell you why.

freitas, well freitas is the media suck up, who cried before the fight, and always dedicated every win to his dead father which has apparently died about 4 times now, because every time it was "he just died 2 months ago". and freitas is the brawler while casamayor is skilled which in BOXING apparently means nothing. decision to freitas.


chico - well goossen had switched up and you can tell from the way he looks before the score cards were read that he knew something. also chico is a brawler to so of course they like him better than casa.

castillo - same thing as chico on the skill factor. the one judge had it 117-111 for castillo, OMG THATS ONE OF THE WORST SCORECARDS EVER. when that was announced i was ready to explode cause i knew casamayor had to have got the decision at that kind of score, then its announced "and still", and i just couldnt believe the ****.


diamond - well if you watched the fight on HBO you know damn well that before it even started that they ****ing loved kid diamond for some reason, and why once again he s a brawler who they consider exciting. every punch he threw they ****** his damn ****. steward in the 2nd round said casamayor looked old.

HBO fixed that one, and then when it was just to obvious that it would have been fixed i they actually gave diamond the win they settled for what they could and didnt give him the loss either to once again screw casamayor.

yep but i put chico at fault for not giving casa a third fight then i do for castillo not giving him a rematch.

cause casa turned right around and gve chico a rematch and then chico ran since then.

castillo at least didnt do that to him but yeah hes still a ***** for not giving him another fight.


also i forgot to mention the biggest reson as to why castillo got the win over casamayor.

When one cheats and gets a win the way diego did the only way to settle the issue is to rematch. And being babied is EXACTLY the term I used when I posted of Tony Week's treatment of diego in his first fight with castillo, cause thats what babying is....he all but handed that victory to diego on a platter.

IWATCH you are only allowed to comment on Puerto Ricans...not even Casamyor thinks he was robbed against Castillo he was just happy to make it to the final bell.

If they fought again the fight would not go past 8 and if it did it would be because Casa was on a bicycle all night long (Casa is fading fast, you dont want to see a remtach with JL trust me).

Casa is one of my fave fighters but it is obvious he is on the slide and would probably get KO'd if he fought Chico again. He would lose anywho you slice it, even if not by KO. Casa is as good as Chicho ever was in his prime but now Casa is past it...too many years of struggling to make weight and now being in his 30's.

Thank you everyone for your input, i really appreciate it...I love his will to win and the heart he shows, Its just a shame that he always gets the short end of the stick, always, i mean i have no problem wit a fighter gettin a close decision here or there, but he never gets one, and i personally think thats some bull****...and i agree wit hbo suckin kid diamonds ****, they were going to again intil nate put the tappin on him,and hbo has been known to do that to help promote fighters, and hbo has been known to hate on former showtime fighters, But at least he has the respect from all u guys to know that he is on the same level as any of those guys he fought and should have won against...I really appreciate your guys input even if its not agreein wit me, cause thats one thing about boxing, its the only sport where 2 people can see the same fight and think different about the outcome, very opinionative, some people root for the stalker/brawler and some people root for slick boxer/technician...But what i like about casamayor is he aint affraid to trade and he has power for a boxer, and hell do anything to try win a fight, and I Need to see a Casamayor-Corrales 3 b4 its all said and done, thats the least they can do for him...

Casamayor won 8 to 9 rounds against Castilla, infact Tracylee, Castilla cheated Casamayor out his rematch with Corrales, because their fight was an eleimation match for a chance at fighting Corrales...
