i watched the demarcus corley fight recently and i was shocked how often floyd got hit, floyd's hiding behind the shoulder defence doesn't work as well with a southpaw, he's open to the straight left
Too bad ortiz's right hand is his dominant one..and too bad floyds never lost to a southpaw or been knocked out, down, never even staggered.

Um... Ortiz isn't that good if you haven't realized it. He quit against Maidana in 6 rounds and got dropped I think twice in that fight. He also got dropped HARD against Berto both from right hands and Floyd is a way more accurate puncher than either of those guys. Just because Ortiz beat Berto doesn't mean ****, Callazo did it first but as you say with Floyd, Berto got a gift in that fight as well and Collazo isn't even that good. Ortiz did nothing more than beat a bigger hypejob that himself and it was a hypejob who had fought one round in 13 months. Please, anyone with an actual brain knows this fight is a farce like the majority of Floyds last few fights and its a KO win for Floyd to look good prior to the Manny fight should it happen.
Interesting insight. It's also interesting people forget Floyd has been inactive for almost 2 years and he's notfighting some unknown tomato can/journeyman.
So because it's Floyd, the inactivity doesn't matter? You consider him to be that good to come back against a live opponent and totally blow him out?
That's the paradox: "...anyone with an actual brain knows this fight is a farce like the majority of Floyds last few fights."
Yet he's good enough to beat a young, strong, champion who owns a title belt.
Judah staggered him(Should have been ruled a knocked down, glove hit the canvas), and Corley stunned him for a little bit.
Judah caught him off balance..when have you ever seen floyd hurt, i mean hurt like you see many other boxers?..at the most he lays on the ropes and recovers while blocking hisopponents punches.

Hmmm..i wonder what will happen.[/QUOTE
Corley and Judah are not massive punchers
Like I said ortiz's dominant hand is his right..so that means his dominant leg is also..torque comesfrom rotation through the body. Notice how ortiz throws the hook uppercut combo with his right hand all the time, thats because he feels more comfortable using his more dominant limbs.
Oritz will not be hitting Floyd cleanly, where would you get such an idea?
Also, I don't mean to talk ****..but Wiz on a signature? in a boxing forum? You must be a teenager...anyway no comment.

Rarely hurt. I guess I wouldn't say Judah staggered him, but he timed him good lunging in.
