i watched it on espn deportes, and delvin rodriguez scored the fight a draw. i though he was a bit off, i gave cintron the nod with 1 or 2 rounds. but man, smith's barking/grunts were annoying as hell, deff don't to watch that guy anymore. cintron is deff on his way out, but he can still fight, no reason for anyone to say he should hang em up. i can actually see williams/cintron II being made after this

i've watched cintron since very early in his career and he hasn't been the same since his first margarito fight and i hate to think that fight may have cost him his career, but the fire is not there and it's sad because i'm still a fan.

That's a valid point b/c the 800 pound gorilla in the room is that Cheato may have been loading those wraps dating back to the 1st fight with Cintron (IMO, no question they were plastered in Cintron II). But when you take that stance then you really have no answers for his great mental, boxing IQ and hungry performance against Angulo which was post Margo II. So IDK man, while my right brain agrees with you, the left side logic says that there's other factors than Cheato taking his soul.

I thought he lost to,he also seemed to quit late in the fight, and sounded punch drunk before the fight Kermit is shot.

ConNg**** to Kermit The Frog u officially killed a great season of ESPN FNF with a stinker of a performance! U went the distance with a C'class fighter! Ur not even. In the leaugue of the contenders in 154 pounders! You stank up the joint! Garbage, ur time is done! After the P-Will fight u just got mentally effed up! I can't believ u beat El Perrita! He must have been feeling sick that night! Cuz u couldnt even KO Smith! Retire and do us all a favor! Ur hand speed is slower than ive ever seen, ur power is non existent and Ronnie Shields shld just dump u and concentrate on his best fighter Lara! Lol! Maybe Vanes shld fly back to Texas to see Ronnie for a day and show you how to box son! Lmao! Ur garbage!

He did fade late, Smith in my eyes clearly won the 9th and 10th, not the worst decision I just disagree with it and don't think Kermit calling out any big names at this point would have any merit.

I don't think Margarito used loaded wraps in their 1st fight, but their 2nd fight I believe he did. I think Margarito started using loaded wraps after his loss to Williams. You can tell by his attitude and personality in the ring. His attitude definetly changed when he took on his 1st fight after his loss to PW. Just look how much more confident he was in his fights post PW. He was verbally and physically more confident in the post PW fights. For example, in his re-match with Cintron, he was talking trash a lot more, when Cintron went down he was verbally insulting him by telling Cintron to get up. Against Cotto he seemed so confident. Its hard to explain in words, but if you look at Margarito's attitude and personality in his fights after PW compared to those before Paul Williams you will see a much different kind of fighter. He alluded more confidence and more trash taking in the ring post PW. Its just something that has always stuck out in my mind. He just seemed much different and I think the confidence he showed was more of a hint that he had these loaded wraps and he knew he could win. Plus recall after his loss to PW his credibility took a hit. He was criticized for starting too late in fights and he did not seem to be able to hurt PW. He never had one punch ko power and I think he knew that was hurting him and that is why he lost to PW and his tough fight with Clottey. I think he realized he needed an ace and if you see his immediate fight after PW just look how aggressive he was and how quickly he took out Golden Johnson. To sum it up post PW is when I believe AM started to load his wraps.
