What injury, he didn't have an injury. he was diagnosed with a pinched nerve, causing him extreme leg pain. Likely from a muscular spasm brought on by the long plane trip. I think he recovered pretty quickly. Anyway it was not an injury.

Half pound off weight isn't much, shaving his head might actually help LOL

I would be more concerned that his weight is off because his training was off from the injury, rather than a weight miscalculation.

I don't know, taking a match right after having a sciatica injury seems almost as bad as taking a match after a KO loss. I think the only thing that could help Agbeko is steroids and rest TBH. Not PEDS, but Steroids for his back to heal.
Sciatica isn't an injury although you might think it feels like one. It is purelt caused by a compression (for one of several reasons) of an ofshoot of the sciatic nerve which runs from the spine, to the leg. An upper spine nerve offshoot would affect the thigh,

(happened to V Klitschko during his Rahman fight training, and he thought he'd torn a thigh muscle-he hadn't but needed a spinal operation to correct the nerve compression)

and lower back nerve offshoot would affect the lower leg all the way down to the toes.

Some poster earlier on a topic I made about this that was deleted(god knows why it was deleted) said that they have sciatic and its not serious at all. I think that person was either lying or had a case not as bad.

I noticed not just my topics but alot of other decent topics get deleted that discuss real boxing while *****s/*******s just attack each other and alot of their topics don't get deleted.

Someone made a topic about Froch's wife being extremely obnoxious during fights shouting like crazy, and it instantly got deleted. I feel it got deleted because they think Froch will not do interviews with Boxingscene if he sees that topic.

I love how nobody makes weight anymore. And nobody cares that nobody makes weight. If I was boxing today and was as big a name as say...Amir Khan is now, I would never make weight. What are they going to do? Cancel the fight? Nope. Take my title? So what, I can fight for one next week that hasn't even been invented yet.

          This sport is dead.

You do know that you can spit for about 20 minutes and take off .2 pounds, right?
