marquez is not an attacker, erik. he's a counterpuncher. precisely why he didn't do well against floyd, and he did well against pac. floyd waits. marquez waits. how the hell would the fight go if both are just waiting. the audience is a factor. they boo when nothing happens. result: marquez was forced to fight offensively at his peril. floyd doesn't give a **** about the audience. he takes his time and wait for punches, then counters.

This should be an explosive fight if Marquez attacks early, just like Pac-Morales 1.

Mayweather fought these guys coming off KO's/TKO's. Just something for you to think about since you think Paulie Malignaggi was Hatton's "best career performance".

Again, Pac's opposition has been coming off there WORST career performances. Hatton included as he was done when Mayweather displayed that Ricky cant handle fighting the best. Why do you think people have been questioning Pac's (losing) opposition for the past few years? lol

Pac just got the left overs of Hatton while Mayweather was bashed for fighting the UNDEFEATED (smaller) JWW Champion in Hatton.... yet now people saying Floyd is DUCKING a (smaller) JWW Champion in Khan? lol How contradicting.

Marquez moves up to a catch-weight of 144-pounds to challenge Pacquiao for the WBO welterweight title on November 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Morales gives Marquez the edge in skills but says the size and power of Pacquiao will be hard to overcome if the pushes into the later rounds.

This fight is a joke all the way around. Anyone who supports this fight, is not a fan of boxing. Marquez stands ZERO chance here. I would be surprised to see him last 8 rounds.

He'll be sluggish and slow, just like Team Pacquiao wants him. He simply will not be able to pull the trigger.

All that being said, I'd LOVE to see him KO Pacman somehow. It would look good on Pacquiao for avoiding OST.
