its pretty obvious these excuses are made just to keep us (the public) waiting. they are both fighting fights they know they can win and making boat loads of money. If they fight one will lose and the other isn't as big a star. So they are trying to time this fight perfectly right where both are at the end of their careers and the loss won't mean nothing as far as money in the future. I just hope it doesnt backfire and one of them slips too far to be considered prime or just out of prime. or hopefully one of them doesnt some how slip too far and lose a fight before facing each other.
boxing sucks this way. Same thing happened when Tyson's handlers wouldnt let him fight lewis until they knew he was as the end of his career.Too risky.

This is exactly what is escaping the minds of 90% of the folks here. It doesn't seem like USADA can even conduct ANY tests while a fighter is outside the U.S. And to make matters trickier, from what I have seen, there are NO WADA ASSOCIATED AGENCY IN THE PHILLIPINES. So how will the testing be done if he is training outside the country completely til a week before the fight? This is one major loophole. And Floyd Sr, seemingly realized it 100%.

There will have to be some sort of thing negotiated where USADA is allowed to test while he's in the Phillipines and/or by some other very very credible agency in Europe let's say. But even for a European agency, they are outside the Phillipines. So what they are going to do would be no different from the USADA?

The Pacman may actually HAVE to train only in the U.S. if this fight is to take place with the OST drug testing.

Look USADA has a website where you can actually read about what it is that they offer. All of the conjecture and speculation could end with a simple click of the mouse. The term jurisdiction is somewhat of a misnomer for what it is that USADA weilds over athletes. Its more of an authority that athletes sign on to commit themselves to when they join certain types if competition. In the case of a possible clash between Mayweather and Pacquiao it would be contracted testing. And as long as the fighters agree and their promoters and financial backers are willing and able to foot the bill for setting up sites and chaperones it doesn't matter where on the planet Pacquiao trains because USADA will come to him. Assuming that this fight would be held in the U.S. of course everything with testing whether Pacquiao is training in the U.S. or in the Phillipines should be a go. Jurisdiction is implied by the fact that they would have contracted USADA to do the testing and the fact that the fight would take place in the United States. Hey but don't just take my word for it. I think floyd is starting to slip and after his next fight it better be manny or he will be the one getting dominated.He just isnt active enough to stay as sharp as he needs to be. you can count on freddie roach having manny as prepared as he can be.

the biggest question now is what would be the next excuse for floyd to come up with for turning down this fight again. the obvious one would be the extra testing issue again. pac training in his country for a couple of weeks would most likely be a big no for the mayweathers. but eventually it would be the money. don king made floyd salivate with a $100 million offer. that was when floyd thought everyone in his camp tried to conspire to throw him into a den with a hungry pacman waiting.

pacquiao and arum are full of ****.the testing and training location is designed to stop PEDroid from cheating. and pacquiao knows good and dam well this fight won't happen unless the lawsuit is dropped.those conditions are final.so arum and pacroid quit making asses of yourselves.

Why should Pacquiao alter his training regime one that he has used for years to satisfy that punk anyway? He has agreed to the frigging test now quit whining and lets get this fight set

The next excuse will be you can't fly to the US you must take a boat or no fight. Mayweather is such a wimp!
