I don't think Pac wins a close decision to Floyd....not in Las Vegas.
Let's wait for the fight to be set.
People vote with their wallets. So with all the ESPN analysts, former athletes, or boxing "fans" on a message board singing Manny's praises....he'll still open as a decisive underdog on the books. So when someone uses the general term "everybody knows Floyd will beat Pac"...it's fair to say that the majority of people do.

It is a WADA approved testing facility that does the tests and the facility sends out 2 reps. WADA and the approved agency can be trusted, that is the bottom line. Lets hope that this is not all about Roger trying to throw a wrench into the plans.

        Right?
It makes sense. He did start the request with the Pac fight and the blowback would be tremendous had he not requested it from other boxers. The media would crucify him had he done that....he's pot-committed so to speak.

The entire back and forth thing is too confusing anyways. There is some shady commenting on both parties but Floyd senior seems to say what the mindset of Floyd's people really is. He says something and a little while later Floyd jr. reiterates the point publicly.

Pacquiao is making the concessions, Floyd is putting up the road blocks.
Floyd did sign the contract. He asked for OST because he thinks manny is cheating. But that isn't a roadblock. It became a roadblock only because Pac refused. Floyd thinking manny is cheating is the "roadblaock". And since when is another man's opinion of you a reason not to fight him? Usually that makes you want to fight him more.

It wasnt like it was snuck into the contract at the last second. And, beng truthful, floyd made concessions from 0 days to 24 to 14 and manny refused all of them initially.

There was no need for anything else if MAnny simply signed the original contract.

the bottom line is that at this point in time, Pac has no problem whatsoever with the tests which is considered to be the only impediment for the fight.hopefully, we'll see this fight before the end of the world in 2012!
After November when it becomes evident Floyd did more numbers without a dance partner than Manny did with a nemesis....expect the money split to become an issue as well. I don't see this fight being made.

even if pac agrees to ost it's not a guarantee that the next negotiation will go on smoothly. i will not be surprised if indeed floyd will demand that pac should train exclusively in the US so that he could be tested by the organization that floyd chose. of course pac could also once again refuse to floyd's new demand and nothing good will come out.

i also don't think the purse sharing is already set in stone at 50-50. pac of course will not accept anything lower than that but floyd is more likely to ask for more.

this fight will start in the negotiating table not in the ring because both are looking for psychological advantage...or should i say floyd badly needs that psychological advantage?
floyd agreed to 50/50 before his only issue was pac taking the test, the new thing is this usada/wada thing and thats coming from arum, which was never an issue in any of the first negotiations and now hes creating another stumblingblock saying they dont want pac to train in his home town when the boxer floyd himself never said anything like that, so whos most likeley going to be the reason the negotiations dont run smooth????????

seems like u guys want floyd to throw something else in there so that you can laugh and scoff, but nobody gets on arum!

And Floyd also never mention anything about ost until his dad did.. It's just a matter of time. Crackhead sr has some influence in floyds decisions and requests and ya know this mannnn!

He said he doesn't need to fight floyd because his legacy is already set BUT he will fight floyd because thats what the fans want. If ur gonna quote him atleast

The proposed super-fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather is getting closer.

Blood test were an 11th hour stip when everything else was agreed. Floyd got cold feet and needed a way out.
