My point simply is it appears as if he realizes the need for him to fight floyd. And it is MAnny who seems to be changing his position. Again not a bad thing. Just interesting to me.
in my opinion, Pac has always shown an interest in fighting floyd jr. but i have to emphasize that its my opinion. its ok with me if we disagree in this.

the bottom line is that at this point in time, Pac has no problem whatsoever with the tests which is considered to be the only impediment for the fight.

hopefully, we'll see this fight before the end of the world in 2012!

lol at people saying floyd doesn't listen to his father.

even if pac agrees to ost it's not a guarantee that the next negotiation will go on smoothly. i will not be surprised if indeed floyd will demand that pac should train exclusively in the US so that he could be tested by the organization that floyd chose. of course pac could also once again refuse to floyd's new demand and nothing good will come out.

i also don't think the purse sharing is already set in stone at 50-50. pac of course will not accept anything lower than that but floyd is more likely to ask for more.

this fight will start in the negotiating table not in the ring because both are looking for psychological advantage...or should i say floyd badly needs that psychological advantage?

Big Dunn. No one is distorting! USADA does not test outside the US and WADA tests outside and inside the US. Manny has agreed to the tests, that is something that NO May fans can argue anymore! WADA will do the VERY tests that Mayweather wanted and Pac has agreed to.

How can people blame Pacquiao for Floyd going on vacation.

Floyd has no more moves to make, it is checkmate.
You blame manny because the 2nd negotiations should never have had to take place. There was a deal in place. floyd signed, manny refused because of OST (maybe Bob advised him to refuse). Do you watch old cartoons? If so do you rememeber this line:
"If Woody had gone to the police, this would NEVER have happened"

Love him or hate him, Manny is Woody.

True dat. I think Bob has had a negative influence on Manny. Manny probaly did want to fight so I see your point.

Having said that, I have Mayweather 116 to 114 with Mayweather being hurt a couple times and being dropped but putting on a boxing clinic outside of those 2-3 rocky moments. That is if these guys get by their next fight.

Yes but make sure you discuss "no training in the phillipines" in the clear correct context.

wada is the headquarters and its branches are usada etc.

Wada doesnt test, they set the policies and standards, and their representatives like usada etc test. The phillipines should have an equivalent....

Manny has been stated he agreed, but we again found it to be a lie.... That is a fact.....

And if Floyd would have just signed the contract and accepted the commission anti-doping tests as he did for his 40 previous fights, the fight would have happened.

Pacquiao is making the concessions, Floyd is putting up the road blocks.
