What I don't get is,
Manny Pacquiao is going to train in the Phillipines 4 weeks and in Wild Card Gym 4 weeks.
The first 4 weeks the test will be done by a Filipino agency but who is going to do the testing while in the USA??
I am thinking that USADA will do the test for the last 4 weeks. Unless Manny is planning on not taking the test for the last 4 weeks of training camps.

I'm saying that the reason Floyd threw in the testing is that he thinks that he won't be able to beat Pac if Pac is naturally fighting at the level he is currently fighting at. Otherwise, Floyd would have signed the contract and said I'll crush this dude anyways.

Manny Pacquiao is a coward and Bob Arum is protecting his fighter from any real competition.

Its bad enough that Pacquiao's last 6 opponents have ALL been coming off the biggest losses of their careers and that Pacquiao has used catchweights to make a case for being a dominant pseudo-WW, but now when Pacquiao is presented with a clear cut opportunity to show the world that he can stand and deliver against the best boxer in the world, he and his promoter come up with **** like "Well, Mayweather's dad made a comment ... and we didn't like it".

Since when does Mayweather Sr make career decisions for Floyd? Name ONE TIME. If you don't hear it from Floyd Jr, then its no official. Its a spin meant to remove blame from the party that is still refusing to sign the contract.

Since 2009, All of what Floyd Mayweather asked for was on the table. There's nothing new. Floyd lived up to all of Pacquiao's demands.

When a boxer keeps changing his demands to make a fight more difficult to make, you know he's stalling or he doesn't want the fight at all.

Everything from fear of needles, to claims of USADA being prejudiced to internal financial problems in the Pacquiao camp has been used o stall this fight.

Keep in mind, from the beginning of negotiations, USADA testing was Team Mayweather's original demand. Once Pacquiao agreed to what he claims was "ALL of Floyd's demands", there should have been NOTHING standing in the way of a contract signed by both parties.

Yet, Manny will NOT sign the contract. Manny is about to fight a man he's fought twice already 2 divisions below where he's currently campaigning. Now he's making Marquez come up in weight despite claims by Arum that 'Manny is sooooooo small and can't go up any higher to make 147 or 150lbs".

This is fcuking shameful. And quite frankly, I can't see an honest boxing fan that wouldn't be tired of this ****.

History will show Pacquiao as a media creation who used his supposed "too small stature" as a crutch rather than him being the "little conqueror" that Arum paints him out to be. Pacquiao is ONLY 2 inches shorter than Floyd and Mosley. Yet the man asks for every advantage possible.

When Floyd fought DLH, did Floyd ask him to come down in weight? No. DLH came in 170lbs+ and Floyd manned up and won the fight. When Roy Jones went up to HW, did he ask Ruiz to come down to 205lbs? No. Roy manned up and just won the damn fight.

Why the special conditions for Pacquiao? Is it because he's Asian? Does being Asian automatically imply that he's little and needs extra help and considerations? Is that why the most popular ******* argument has been "C'mon. He's a little guy beating bigger guys. You gotta cut him some slack."
I don't think so because as far as I know, Donaire has NEVER tried to play those games. He comes to fight and he wins without catchweights or stipulating how big his opponents can walk into the ring.

Its not an Asian thing. Its a Pacquiao thing.

Real champions don't need to be "cut slack". Real champions don't fight 5th ranked fighters to make a case for being #1. Real champions don't compete for 5 different vacant titles to make a legacy of greatness.

Pacquiao has his chance to shine, but like always he avoids the REAL challenges and settles for padding his record with BIG NAMES rather than real substance.

Now ... is this my opinion, or is Pacquiao currently still creating new demands in 2011 when all of his demands were on the table and met by Floyd in 2009?

Its time to start dealing with facts and leave the fiction to Stan Lee. Pacman ain't no superhero, and he sure as hell ain't taking the boxing world by storm by fighting 4th and 5th ranked BIG NAMED fighters at catchweights.

Has anyone even bothered to mention that Pacquiao may be stalling this megafight with Floyd Mayweather in an effort to squeeze as many lesser fights in before he mans up in order to go out with a ****?

If that's the case, then why not just say so??!?! That's clearly what's happening. And the longer Pacquiao stalls, the older Mayweather is getting. The older Mayweather gets, the more likely that he will lose his prime abilities.
