lacy's not very good with boxers, but he has a way of catching them. beyer leads on the cards after many rounds but lacy catches him later, and takes him out.

    lacy by late round TKO.

Damn I accidentially hit the "Lacy" button. Anyway my vote goes for Beyer to get his head knocked off.

In my honest opinion Germany is the worst place for a fighter to travel too, not only do you get bad decision and bad refs, you also get crowds who dont care about the real winner. I remember the Ottke vs Reid crowd cheering for Ottke after he won in the most biased fight i've ever seen. you get bad decision in other place in the world but at least fans cheer the right person.
The problem with the Ottke fights was that there was very few exchanges so hardly anything for the judges to score from and it is difficult to take the belt from an undefeated champion at home when there no action to prove that the challenger is better. Ottke was an extremely slick boxer and would stay out the opponents reach for most of the rounds just to jump infront of him and deliver a few punches before the bell of the round. So the only think one would remember from the round was these 2 to 3 punches at the end and Ottke running backwards. Hence a round for Ottke. And do also notice how he keeps talking to the referee to influence him. You see every punch someone lands on him is behind the head.
This of course doesn't mean that Ottke should have won all his fights it is just to illustrate that Ottke was a special fighter that was very difficult for the judges score and therefor perhaps the many clearly wrong outcomes.
Just of the top of my head comes the first Brewer fight, Mitchell, Larsen and Reid as fights he should not have won but as we know did. And as far as i remember there was cheering for Larsen and not Ottke after that fight and there are also other examples of that with German boxers but the crowd can be quite biased. There was also some critic from the media and from his coach Wegner of Ottke after Larsen and Reid fight. But the good thing is that we don't need to see Ottke anymore but it would have been nice had his career ended in a good KO.

Beyer has the skills to outbox Lacy for a few rounds
but eventually Lacy would catch up with him.
          Lacy ko in 5.
