He should hire a trainer and george can be his 2nd assistant, then he should take a tune up against a southpaw, rematch lara win and then fight sergio again

      he shouldn't retire.

he should seek out a better trainer, specifically emanuel steward who has had success with tall lanky fighters.

throughout his career, paul has never had a top tier guy in his corner, electing to go with the lesser known (lower priced) trainer instead.

williams is at a crossroad in his career. now would be the perfect time to make the change and retool.

Why would he retire? Because he's facing quick southpaws and they are landing clean? He's always been landed in. No one said anything til he finally got KO'd.

I think it's silly for you to say that Williams at 147 was greater than Robinson. Robinson is acknowledged by all (except Mayweather) as being the greatest p4p in history. Therefore he wins out over another welterweight. Also, for your information, by the time that Robinson officially went up to middleweight he was already past his peak. he was at his very best as a welterweight.

It might have been a good fight, likely would have been, but every opening that Williams gave, Robinson would jump on immediately. Robinson himself didn't give openings, except deliberately. And there would have been practically no size difference as Robinson was, I think, a 6 footer. I'd expect a KO around rd 5-6 maybe sooner.

maybe its too late now but he still should get a new trainer go with Roger Mayweather for a couple of fights and try to get Martinez at 154

As if he was KO'd 3 times in a row lately. It's redicilous. yes he takes a lot of punishment but he can still compete with the best in the world. If he was risking his health, we would see him get completely dominated. Retirement is too soon now.
