Mentioning the KICK in a Klit thread is like turning on the lights in a room full of roaches.

Lewis would always hold his opponents down with 1 arm and uppercut them with the other. Watch the tyson fight he did it like 10 times...

The video evidence suggests he DID kick at Lewis and either missed by accident or deliberately. Either way, his effort to punt a kick at the heavyweight champion's head was deliberate, whether he held it back or not. And it looks to me like he was just frustrated and lashed out and was lucky he missed.

It's like they'd rather just ignore it, and/or act like they didn't see it.
