ok, I'll play along.

Given that Pac seems to keep his abilities while moving up, and that his size does not decrease his speed etc, then his punching power shouldn't increase either.

That way, Pac can't hurt Vitali, and Vitali could just walk over and KO manny.
Same way of Vitali moves down to pacs size. He apparently keeps his punching power and his punch resistance. Speed won't matter much when he can easily KO manny with one punch without being in danger of getting KO'd himself.
