PEDs hhhmmm... If acid reflux means winning in a fashion that fans will scream about, then PEDs it is. Pac mostly trains in the Philippines, anyway, so who's going to properly test him? I'm not saying the Philippines can't be trusted with this proper Olympic-style testing, but I wouldn't blame anyone if they don't.

There's ONLY 35 WADA accredited LABS in the Whole World for over 6 billion people.

Blood and Urine Samples taken from athletes are shipped to an accredited lab in a Different Country when they don't an accredited lab. To me this is a MORE Fair and Neutral Procedure. Do you want your opponent to test your samples while they get to test their own? How about the Russians test theirs and the USA's blood samples only in their LAB's?

If WADA is involved by overseeing the sample taking, then Manny's samples are GUARANTEED to be analyzed by a NEUTRAL Lab when he trains in his home country because there isn't one in the Philippines.

Thank the boxing gods that hes okay. He never did anything wrong to anybody. He is very humble and is trying to end poverty in his country. He has done many great things inside and outside the ring and the scary part is he still hasn't even reached his prime yet.
