it's funny people don't realize what hopkins is doing. you think he waited to just now to say he would KO Hearns or does it have to do with the fact he's fighting Dawson who is trained by Emanuel Steward? Hopkins sees two wars he has to win: he has to beat Steward first who has the game plan & then Dawson in the ring. Bhop is going on the attack early, that's all.

Expect hopkins to say some outrageous things in the upcoming weeks because we all know damn well that Dawson aint selling this fight. He may even have to resort to some pimp slapping at the weigh in like Winky. Chad is so quiet and really is terrible at promoting fights.

beating or knocking out Hearns actually has no difference since we know Hearns chin is not at the upper level type. The right cross that practically kayoed Trinidad would have the same effect on Hearns.


but can BHOP land something like that? I dont thing so. Hearns is long with that stiff razor sharp job with great movement and a killer right hand.


Hearns needs to box though and cant fight the same way he did againts Hagler.
