Pacquiao is not a thinking fighter, he throws punches with no destination, and he throws them in 3-4 and 5s. This will get you koed against a sharp counter puncher. Why do you think Pacquiao stop throwing combos in that round against Moesly. He was trying not to get hit clean, so he started trying to think which is not his strong side. Once Pacquiao begin to think he becomes easier to hit because hes not that type of fighter. Hes a brawler reguardless of what you say. Just look at him against thinkers, you can clearly see hes over his head come the Mayweather fight.https://<iframe width="560" height="...reen></iframe>

For the benefit of Floyd fanatics, here is Boxrec's stats for both fights. Study these carefully and learn.

        Floyd/Shane

        Total punches: Floyd = 208/477= 44% * Shane = 92/452 = 20%
        Total power punches: Floyd = 123/267= 46% * Shane = 46/169= 27%

        Pac/Shane

        Total punches: Pac = 224/727 = 31% * Shane = 66/330 = 20%
        Total power punches: Pac =177/353 = 50% * Shane = 22/80 + 28%

        Conclusions:
        1) Floyd landed less punches on Shane when compared to Pac.
        2) Pac landed more power punches (177 vs 123) than Floyd and with a higher percentage landing.
        3) Floyd landed more jabs on Shane than Pac (85 vs 47). This is the area where Floyd had an advantage over Pac.
        4) Shane landed more punches on Floyd compared landed on Pac (92/66), but with the same percentage (20% on both).
        5) Shane had more than double the power punches he landed on Floyd as compared to landed on Pac (46 vs 22).
        6) Shane threw 122 less punches against Pac as compared to the punches he threw against Floyd.
        7) Shane wobbled Floyd but never really bothered Pac.
        8) Shane was knocked down by Pac, Floyd couldn't.

Now, Floyd fanatics, who performed better against Shane?
Remember, Shane was standing in front of Floyd most of the fight and was a better target for a supposedly more accurate boxer, who incidentally, has a much longer reach than Pac. While against Pac, Shane was mostly on the run, trying to avoid Pac's punches. Despite this, Pac was able to land more punches compared to Floyd.

LOL at this post! The reason Shane got hit more against PAc then against Floyd is because of styles. Pac simply threw more than Floyd (landed at a lower percentage might I add) and Shane hardly threw back. Against Floyd, Shane tried to make the fight and be the agressor so of course Floyd got hit with a few more punches. You guys don't understand that boxing is a science!
