Id say Miguel Diaz

While we DON'T know 100% (without a shred of doubt) whether or not he used illegal wraps in the Cotto fight, I agree with you that right now if there's gonna' be ANY fight, it's going to be on Cotto's terms.Don't use illegal wraps and you won't get d*cked over with weight. Then again, if he didn't use the wraps we wouldn't even be dealing with this in the first place.
Who is Diaz? Someone from Marg's camp? If so, we take the word of camp who cheated before, good to know.
I think that 150 speaks a little about Cotto's belief that he still thinks Margarito is a legitimate threat. This would be a painful blow to his ego if he were to lose again, especially if he loses in that same fashion as before.
Right now, anything that is done regarding Margarito is in Cotto's hands.
1. He has a title (though I feel lame for saying this because titles these days are practically meaningless)
2. He's been winning
3. He brings more money to the table than Margarito
Hell, I don't even know what's with all the Cotto-Margarito II talk, has Margarito been green-lit to fight in New York anyway?
If they take the fight to Texas, it's going to suck for Cotto big-time.Comment

If the fight isn't in NY because Marg can't get a license then I'm sure they'll try for Vegas first. Marg has a shot at getting a license there as well as NSAC said go to California first, as their reason for saying No. That being said if he doesn't get approved, which I highly doubt Bob has too much pull, but if he doesn't they'll just can or postpone the fight. Marg did it to himself. While we DON'T know 100% (without a shred of doubt) whether or not he used illegal wraps in the Cotto fight, I agree with you that right now if there's gonna' be ANY fight, it's going to be on Cotto's terms.
