Wlad easily destroyed Mercer. He became the first man to knockdown and KO the iron chinned Mercer. It was one of the most brutal beatdowns of all time.

The Klitschkos would dominate the MMA heavyweight division.

James Toney had never been finished in over 70 pro boxing bouts.... but he didn't even make it out of the first round when he tried MMA.

James Toney was/is literally the worst HW boxer you could put into MMA lol, I mean none of his skills translate at all, a 41 year old, fat feather fisted blown up MW fighting at HW, with a damaged pituitary gland which prevents him from producing testosterone thus making him fat, 0 footwork, one of the least mobile HW's in boxing, a stubborn guy that was fighting for just the paycheck and didn't take his MMA training seriously which he did for only a few months, a guy that relies on inside fighting meaning guys must be very close for him to hit etc. And then you pin him up against one of the best wrestlers of all time in MMA. ****ing horrible lmao.

Well Toney is lucky that Randy played it nice and just went for a choke, against a lot of other guys Toney would have been finished with punches.
