Adamek will win a decision over Vitali

im thinking of laying some cash on this fight

vitali does not and has never had the type of 1 punch brutal KO power that his brother has, despite having a higher KO% than he does. Vitali's KOs mostly come from an accumulation of blows throughout the duration of the fight

i believe that adamek has a good enough chin and is a good enough mover to avoid an accumulation stoppage. i dont see him getting tagged clean frequently in this fight. he will constantly be moving in and out and turning vitali in this fight. if (and when) he does get hit, he will be able to handle it. im not saying vitali is a soft puncher, but he is 40 now and will likely throw less/have slower reflexes and i believe adameks chin is good enough to handle the power when it lands. vitalis jab is not like his brothers so its not out of the realm of possibility for adamek to close the distance.

now being that this fight in all likelihood will go to a decision, i think adamek takes a split D. adamek throws nice combos to the body and head and he WILL land on vitali. something that alot of people are overlooking is that this fight is in poland and if its very close, the judges will probably favor adamek slightly. im not saying they will rob vit, but i see this as being a VERY close fight and i it comes down to a 1 or 2 round difference, i think they will probably hand those rounds to tomazs

i think there is some serious cash to be made on this fight.

adamek can beat vitali on the scorecards if he fights a near perfect fight...unfortunately if he does, he will get brutally knocked out by wlad who is a much more powerful and explosive puncher than vitali at this stage and even a better technical boxer

    adamek new HW champ!

I think you're dreaming. Vitali has barely lost a round in his whole career and though he has slowed down some what Adamek is way too small, he isn't strong enough. His handspeed is good but his feet aren't particularly quick. His defence is awfully leaky. I don't think he has enough power to bother Vitali in the slightest & as for his chin, it's well above par but it's not iron and it was only last year he went life & death with Michael Grant.
The only decent heavyweight he has fought has been Arreola who gave him hell, Vitali destroyed Arreola with sheer ease.

I don't care if Adameks family are ringside scoring this, he isn't winning.

And for his preparation he has been sparring Malik Scott & Deontay Wilder, IMO not the best of sparring to prepare for Vitali.

Wilder is sloppy, one dimensional, he has no experience, and Scott is a southpaw I think, so yes, bad sparring partners, Wach or Dimitrenko would be better.

Adamek's gonna get beat bad. He's just too small to compete with the big heavyweights. I wish he'd go back down to CW.

And no, I don't see how a guy who struggled against Grant and wasn't impressive against McBride UD Vitali.
Maybe by cuts there is a tiny chance.

Same for Ortiz, I don't see how a guy who get a draw against Peterson and a competitive war Berto in his last two fights is being a threat to PBF.

Parts of this are pure fantasy. Vitali may be 40, but he also had 3+ years off in the last decade. Vitali is going to hit Adamek, and hit him hard. His workrate is still amazing for a heavyweight. He threw 800 punches in 10 rounds against Arreola -- hardly a long time ago. He beat Shannon Briggs to a pulp and hospitalized him for two weeks. Adamek was seriously rocked by Michael Grant and almost knocked out in the last round, and if Grant had stepped it up sooner, he likely would have won. Adamek was even knocked down by Kevin McBride, but the referee decided not to count it, for some reason. He failed to hurt Grant or McBride.

Adamek is going to need something very special to win this fight. I'm not saying he can't do it, but you make it sound too easy. It won't be easy. He'll have to fight the perfect fight, or hope Vitali gets injured.

i dont think vitali could lose a fight

i can imagine tyson hitting him with everything he's got and vitali walking straight through with a big smile on his face

only way vitali loses is if he's too old

By how, running? He's not the better boxer and he isn't stronger than Vitali. Adamek went life and death against Arreola and won a close one in that one. The best Adamek can hope for is if he is able to some how give Vitali a nasty cut so it can be stopped.
