    You should know better.

Anyways, it was 16 pounds, if that. Because, no one knows what he was wearing when he weighed in at unofficial scale. 2 he ate in the morning of the weigh-in...People who are pushing it don't eat at the morning of the weigh-in. And, he didn't even look drained.

I don't understand, why would they have 2 guys who are competing at 154 fight at 150?

I didn't see anything either that would indicate him being drained against Pac. Not on TV or in person. I was there.

The low output(by his standards I guess is low) it had something to do with him getting tagged. But, also because he faced someone who could match his output.

Same thing when he fought P-Will. In plenty rounds he had a low out put(by his standards). Because, P-Will could match his output.

And, that was a prime Marg so of course a shot to pieces Marg is going to have a low output(by his standards) against Pac.

It had nothing to do with being drained.

Cotto the Catchweight prospect. He has Freddie Roach on speed dial.

I can't say I know for a fact, but its common sense really. He's not a very big and he walks around in the 160s. If he can't make 147, then imagine how drained he would have been at 145 against Pacquiao. Are you saying he was drained in that fight? I've seen a drained Cotto, and that wasn't one. He was in tremendous shape that night, and I didn't see any problems in his conditioning either. He obviously moved up because there was nothing left at 147. There were bigger fights at 154 than Hypejob Berto, and he tied with Trinidad's record.

But, the Pac situation has nothing to do with it. That was 2 years ago. At that time he always tried to make WW. But, since then he's been trying to make JMW.

I don't understand the connection. Because, now is different from then. Just cuz' he could make it 2 years ago. Doesn't mean he can make it now...Right? And, that should be common sense.

And, I'm not saying he can or can not.

But, saying he made the weight 2 years ago so duh he should be able to make it now. Makes no sense to me. I'm sorry.

Maybe he can, maybe he can't. I don't know. All I know is that for the last year, 2 fights. He has been fighting at 154.

Yep. Not sure about Margarito being overly vulnerable because of his orbital fracture either, possibly, but so long as it has fully healed before he starts sparring he should be ok. Personally, I think that Margarito could still make welter at a push.

Wow, I didn't think this would be at a catchweight. Hopefully this won't be used as an excuse to whichever side loses, but I doubt it. This rematch is going to be great, catchweight or not.

Actually he gained 15lbs, had a seventeen pound advantage overall

damn dude fan boy mode huh? uhm ive been watching boxing far longer than you I guarantee and you can ask anyone who knows a thing or two but 15lbs is up there for anyone, like I said dude obviously boxers can work that to their advantage but for a guy who was a 147 lifer to be coming in at 165lbs is its own story. No worries tho we have #2 to look forward to

this has bs written all over it. at 150 cw it's again not going to produce a 100% clear winner. watch excuses flying after the fight.
