You don't seem to understand the implications here. Arum said that there were no more problems concerning the making of the fight. He was speaking specifically, and answered the questions about the drug testing which Mayweather had been insisting on, which was hindering the fight. The fight is only theoretical right now since no talks or contracts are in play.
It has nothing to do with the legal situation or standing in court concerning Pacquiao's suit for defamation, which is ongoing. They are two completely different things.
Whether the fight will not be made because of the law suit, that's Mayweather's decision. It seems clear that he's been treating the legal matter with a lack of seriousness which may well cost him dearly.Comment

Floyd said it was an easy nights work for him and all Pacquiao had to do was ask.
Was Floyd lying in that statement? Pacquiao wanted the fight and asked.
What happened Floyd, he doesn't want an easy nights work?Comment

How did he know this?
I thought he had his outfit ready?
He could have been there ringside and confronted Pacquiao face to face.
But decided to stay at home and watch Lady Gaga.
Sort your priorities out Floyd.
Maybe he has.Comment

If Floyd doesn't bring blood tests in to the equation the fight happen March 13th 2010.
But he does, why does Floyd do this?
Floyd has said previously this was an easy nights work, did he really think this?
If he did why ask for blood tests?Comment
