Let me explain something.

There has not been an official negotiation since Dec 2009, so Bob Arum has agreed to ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!

The latest word (out-of-negotiation) is that Bob Arum has refused to let USADA be involved in the testing process because he considers them to be corrupt.

WAKE UP !!

Now, it sounds like Bob Arum has decided (once again, out-of-negotiation) that a testing agency in the Philippines will be handling the OSDT's for Pacquiao.

Arum's dishonest nonchalant fob-off to a hack journalist who is obviously on his payroll is an almost certain guarantee that the testing will continue to be a massive roadblock to getting that fight made.

Shall we wait until an official negotiation has occured before we decide if this is positive, instead of just letting Bob Arum hold another negotiation by himself?

I won't happen, trust me. After the Ortiz fight when his bank account full of money once more. I expect Floyd to retire once again or goes vacation.
