i smell a ton of **** here. they have been negotiating for 3 years, and now everything is fine all of a sudden.

the testing will be done just like we have discussed in the past. WADA will be supervising the testing done by national agencies (USADA and PSC). there is no bias and there can't be any bias. the testing procedures are very discrete so few people actually know the testing result. i see no problem with this and floyd will have to comply. USADA can't do testing in the phillipines.
