Depends on what Dirrell comes back. If it's a Dirrell that has no rust or gun shy, I'd favor him. Dirrell is a great mover and really was keeping a charging Abraham at bay. He also was pot shotting the hell out of a pretty crafty fighter in Carl Froch. Bute really has never fought a style like Dirrell and would probably find it rather hard to crack. The guys that Bute has been fighting are very unathletic and don't move much(Brinkley, Andrade, Bika, Miranda etc). It would depend on a lot of things because we don't know what Dirrell will look like if he returns and we have no idea how good Bute is.

did Dirrell say he will fight twice this year?

I would say Bute gets outboxed for 12 rounds could even be a shut out

Dirrell's footspeed advantage would play more of a factor than his handspeed advantage. This would be a big step up for Bute....Bute's biggest wins are Bika and Andrade, strong, tough fighters...but nowhere near top level. Dirrell has proved himself as a top tier fighter. Bute would not be able find his range with the jab, which means no thunderous uppercut and no combinations. Once Dirrell lands Bute will be tentative. Dirrell wins a wide decision. Bute has power but i just don't see him finding Dirrell to unleash it, period. Just my two cents.

            Dirrell takes this rather easily.

If this fight happens I put all my points on a Dirrell victory.

Meant to say Bute by KO. I see Dirrell being ahead on points with Bute stopping him late.

Is Dirrell a lefty? Bute is rolling right now and I would go States-Direll / Overseas-Bute.....close fight with the losing fighter saying "I thought I won the fight"...

                  9-3 type of fight.

Faster, Bigger,Better, more polished and well rounded, more athletic.
                  Well, this settles it.

Bute by complete and utter domination.

dirrell takes it...it would be rough...and if bute can catch him, he could ko him...but if dirrell can avoid the big shot, he'll cruise to a decision...

Dirrell is a ****ing ***** he ran like a scared little child against feather fisted carl froch. Bute would ****ing maul this ******. If even one of those giant uppercut lands it's lights out. Look at how the ***** mentally caved to the small SMW AA.

And dirrell hardly has a speed advantage I would say it's about even, and bute hits 100x harder.

Dirrell loses to froch and ward by UD also
