Typical alchohlic decision. Most alchoholics have an over-inflated ego that drives everyone away. Especially those who try to help you.

Has any fighter ever gotten more 'do overs' than this guy? But he always manages to **** things up. Hopefully Top Rank washes their hands of him and lets Kelly live out the rest of his life as a wino on the streets of Youngstown. He'd probably prefer that to making millions boxing.

                What a **** up

                  Arum calls Pavlik's behavior 'bizarre'

Bob Arum of Top Rank, which promotes Kelly Pavlik, called his fighter’s decision Tuesday to pull of Saturday’s fight against Darryl Cunningham “bizarre.”

"Whether or not the relationship continues is not the issue,” Arum told RingTV.com. “I'm very, very concerned about this young man. I consider the actions that he has taken at this point to be very, very bizarre.

“How can anybody book him in a fight when he acts in this manner. As far as the rest of it, I'm not going to concern myself with it."

Arum said that Pavlik agreed to fight Cunningham for a minimum of $50,000 and then, if he was victorious, face IBF super middleweight titleholder Lucian Bute for $1.35 million as part of a 60-40 split in favor of Bute and his promoter, Jean Bedard.

Pavlik apparently became upset he came to believe that Mikkel Kessler was offered more than $3 million to fight Bute. Kessler turned down the offer.

"I am very disappointed,” Arum said. “(Top Rank President) Todd (duBoef) negotiated this deal at least a couple of weeks ago. So it's not like Kelly didn't know far in advance what he was getting in the entire deal.

“Now, all of a sudden, he's calling it chump chang
