Donaire More Gifted Than Floyd?

I just watched 5 of Nonito's most recent fights and I'm convinced. Donaire has the goods, gifted with speed, skill and a natural instinct that rivals that of Floyd Mayweather.

In your opinion, who is the more gifted fighter?

do yourself a favor and go look at some of floyds old fights before u make a decision. ive followed both. id say donaire is faster overall and more power. floyd has more skill hands down tho. donaire has been known to get sloppy.

Well its still early to tell imo but he is up there for sure, I'd like to see him fight Gamboa or someone notable at 126 who can give him a fight.

love Nonito, but Floyd skills are on another level to pretty much everybody in the past 15 years besides a select few.

But give Nonito the time he needs, the guys been out for a while, needs a few good fights back to back and who knows, he could be p4p no.1 in a few years time.

Hope he can get himself up in weight to fight Gamboa, what a fight that would be for us fans

It seems like he is just a hair faster than Floyd was and has more power. But He doesn't have the same level of skill overall. Floyd has a great left hook, a great straight right, a solid jab, good foot work, and excellent defense, etc. The word you are looking for is athletic. Speed and power are based on genetics more than anything else. Donaire has more natural speed and power but doesn't win in the skills dept.

This is the best Floyd highlight reel I've seen. Damn. Floyd was a monster in the lower divisions.
