Martinez walks around at around 175-180 and I believe his trainer did say it would be hard for him to make 154.

for me it would take something away from the fight if it is at 154 this fight should be at MW for the lineal and the ring title

Mayweather vs Martinez at 154lbs is a viable fight. Floyd's ring weight now is around 160lbs and so is Martinez.

The typical ******* making rules up on the fly to support his guy. Official weights are the day before. It's not going to change simply for him. He can fight at 154 for pfp supremacy same as when he fought Margarito for the title.

I'm a big fan of these fights.

It might be "unfair" but they are extremely good fights nonetheless and as fans thats what one should hope for.
