Sorry to say this if this fight Happens i have Luician by KO in the mid rounds Lucian is way too powerfull for Pavlik he has the speed/reach/Defece & very slick/movement Great body puncher and one thing he has is POWER!!! Bute has vicious power in both hands idk i luv Pavlik but Bute is gona annihilate him.

I almost spit out my coffee when I read this. Lucian Bute one of the best p4p boxers? Wouldn't you need a resume of defeating some of the best boxers to even be considered that? Journalists seem to be losing more and more integrity on a daily basis these days. LOL

Pavlik is done ever since he put on his track shoes & ran away from Kid Chocolate Peter Quillin. I think Bute would win but not in an impressive fashion. He'd have the fight in Quebec where he is loved and wins by unanimous decision. Bute is more of a magician than a p4p best boxer. Anyone that considers him a p4p boxer has fallen for his illusions like a Criss Angel show.

I only took this pic with him in Canada at the Hopkins - Pascal 1 & Kid Chocolate GBP debut because the hot lady next to me was a fan. Well, at least he got me her number.

True he is not a P4P fighter YET............but skills and talent dont lie and he has all the tools to b a great champion and he puts on a show every single fight he fights and mind u that has Ko'd almost everyone he has fought....this is like saying Yuri Gamboa is not great cuz look at the talent he has but who did he fight its the same with Lucian Bute so i ecxpect them to slowly give them bigger and bigger fights..

i like Pavlik alot, and am a big fan, but he has to show me alot in this next fight, and show a return to his pre-bhop form. If not he will get beat up by lucian, and if so i give him a small chance at winning, but Bute is a tough fight.

The truth. Sad as it is given the fact that Bute has had about 8 worldtitle fights. Think about it. That many title fights and his best opponent will be a blown-up alcoholic MW with a gimpy hand.

Pavlik's a low life he is not of championship calibre. Heck his hometown despises him. drunks with tattoos are not role models or champions. Local small time unqualified trainer in Loew. Pavlik is going nowhere basically a bum.

yes, Kelly, beating Bute would put you back on top -- and getting your a** kicked by Bute would put you on the fast track to Palookaville, which is a much more likely result
