If Khan Doesn't Think He's Ready, Why Talk So Much?

He bumps gums and then fights feather fisted guys or washed up legends. the only fight he gets credit for is Maidana nd maybe Kotelnik, and Marcos had the boy wonder running for his life. Bump gums and then fight Morales, huh, the proof is in the pudding.

7-4-2011 Khan Sees Judah As A Road To Mayweather-Ortiz Winner
Khan: "I'm not going to wait around in the 140lb division for Bradley. The winner of Mayweather and Ortiz would be ideal for me. I think I have the style for Mayweather. I don't think he has fought anyone with the speed and angles i can create."
7-08-2011 Khan: Mayweather Wants Me, Freddie And Me Accepted
7-13-2011 Khan: I Hope To Fight Morales Next, Then Floyd Jr
7-23-2011 Me And Floyd Mayweather Will Be A Grudge Fight
7-24-2011 Khan: Floyd Mayweather Is A Fight We Can Win
7-25-2011 Roach: Khan Would Love The Mayweather-Ortiz Winner
7-26-2011 Khan: Whatever Tests Mayweather Jr Wants I'll Take
8-01-2011 Khan: I'll Face Mayweather When I'm 100% Sure I'll Win
Khan: "I'm not saying that I'm not in the same class as Mayweather. I want to be 100% ready and 100% confident and I want to walk in the fight and be 100% sure that I can beat him. Right now it's a 50-50 fight in my mind that I can beat him but I want to be 100% sure that I can beat him."
It appears that Khan wants to be mentioned in the same breath as Mayweather but is reluctant to go out and prove it. At this point it all seems like a promotional stunt to me.
Khan also said he got a new kitten but that didn't make the headlines.

Exactly how much does he plan to learn from fighting 1 fight with morales that would have him 100% sure he can beat mayweather?
