He bumps gums and then fights feather fisted guys or washed up legends. the only fight he gets credit for is Maidana nd maybe Kotelnik, and Marcos had the boy wonder running for his life. Bump gums and then fight Morales, huh, the proof is in the pudding.

Khan: "I'm not saying that I'm not in the same class as Mayweather. I want to be 100% ready and 100% confident and I want to walk in the fight and be 100% sure that I can beat him. Right now it's a 50-50 fight in my mind that I can beat him but I want to be 100% sure that I can beat him."

It appears that Khan wants to be mentioned in the same breath as Mayweather but is reluctant to go out and prove it. At this point it all seems like a promotional stunt to me.
Khan talks all the time about everything the media just mentions it when he says Mayweather's name.

Khan also said he got a new kitten but that didn't make the headlines.

you need a few fights there before you take on one of the best at the weight

why is this so hard to understand?
Well if this is the case tell him to shut his damn trap and quit saying he wants the Mayweather/Ortiz winner!

Exactly how much does he plan to learn from fighting 1 fight with morales that would have him 100% sure he can beat mayweather?
No the plan is to have at least 1 fight at 147 before facing Floyd. It would be ridiculous to go straight into a Mayweather fight in his first fight at welterweight.
