In my humble opinion, Khan would beat Leonard, Duran, and Pacquiao with relative ease. Anyone who disagrees doesn't know **** about boxing.

      For realz.

salita was a tuneup. plus him being ***ish was i'm sure helpful to some angle they were presenting to his fans.

paulie can't blame him for. he was the biggest name possible at 140 at the time. he had name recognition.

people thinks and makes too much about stuff.

he fought maidana. could he have fought him sooner? sure a fight earlier maybe.

but who gives a crap? he fought him. he beat him. what the hell does it matter now?

It took Khan almost 18 months to finally fight Maidana.

That is where Khan's team deserve credit they gave Khan the time to be ready and it payed off. Maidana will always be a tougher fight for Khan that Kotelnyk just based on styles.
Ye I agree stylistcally Kotelnyk was an easier fight than maidana. But beating kotelnyk who is a great boxer isn't as easy as it seems, just ask alexander. It just shows khans boxing ability is at an elite level. As for the maidana fight even though maidana is a beast, I felt khan was trying to prove he could take a shot rather than try to avoid the shots. If they had a rematch I strongly believe khan would win more convincingly.

Khan is a tremendous boxer no doubt about it, you don't school Kotelnyk if your not.

You could be right about the Maidana fight the rematch could well be an easier night, but another way of looking at it is that the relentless pressure Maidana was putting on Khan made him fight back, Maidana was just stalking him all night. Khan looked tired during some of the fight as he was doing a lot of running.

I just think Khan will always have some troubles with a Maidana style fighter. But don't get me wrong if they rematch this year Khan will be favorite to win a UD again but at least you know Maidana will come to fight unlike Judah.

Yep I agree, I don't really see anybody other than khan beating maidana at 140lbs.
