Juanma needs to stay busy, ****k salido!!!! Juanma should go and beat the **** out of billy dib and get that IBF strap.

funny thing will be if Salido gets beat by one of the bums he plans to fight. He will be in the same boat Juanma is now!!!

i would prefer a fight with juanma and jhonny gonzales instead.

Juanma wants redemption. Either Salido wants to hold out for more money or just don't want the fight. Don't know where is he going to get more money from.

Juanma should move on and maybe down the road it might be a bigger fight if both guys have a decent win streak

My boy Juanma just needs to get hungry again and eventually this fight will land. He thinks that everything has to and will go his way and I'm kinda glad Salido is showing him otherwise. Everyone wanted Caballeros vs Lopez and Lopez being the champion had plenty of reasons (as he said $$$$) to look else where first. I think Salido is doing the something similar to that now. Regardless of everything, IMO Juanma should take the rest of the year off and put in mad work on his defensive skills. Then move up to 130 and look for the Broner and Gamboa showdown there. Salido will eventually fall in his lap again.

I disagree; JuanMa should stay busy. Too much rest makes rust. It's not good for a fighter, and it sucks for the fans.

Salido has every right to fight whomever he wants. I think he should fight one more guy not named Lopez, then rematch JuanMa. It's his biggest money fight. Orlando can't hold off on re-matching Lopez too long, otherwise he risks JuanMa moving up.

The featherweight division is much better than 130, right now, partly because of the presence of JuanMa. If Lopez moves up, he doesn't have as much interesting opposition. Then again, JuanMa is having trouble making 126. Decisions, decisions....

Take the rest of the year to work on different styles in camp and improving his defense. Refocus on the prize and make yourself hungry again.
I think if Salido begins to delay or continue to show no interest for the time being, Juanma should just focus and start fresh at 130 lbs. Where I think he can win a title and then have Salido come to him if Salido decides to move up.

I don't think JuanMa needs to take time off to work on his defense. It's his approach that needs changing. Lopez has defensive skills; he just chooses to brawl sometimes. That doesn't work for everyone. JuanMa is tough, but he's not tough enough for that style. He needs to stay focused.

Salido wants that big payday versus Lopez; bet that. I'd be shocked if he let JuanMa move up and lose that opportunity. Orlando may or may not be able to move up to 130 effectively. More importantly, it upsets his position. At 130, he's not a champ anymore. The game changes for everyone.
