    What makes boxing more physically demanding than say triathlon (iron mans)? Getting punched? Because it sure is not about conditioning, and strains on the body.

      By the way I'm not trying to argue lol just saying there are fighters who are either doing great or are in their primes in that age range.
      Haha, I completely understand, man. I'm just stating that boxing is a more taxing sport that requires more athleticism than basketball. I just find that there's far less fighters in their mid-thirties, let alone thirties at all, than can compete at the highest level as opposed to basketball players.

      Jordan came back for the Wizards and was still outplaying young guys, but more so with his mind than say a B-Hop who was doing push ups in between a round against a young Pascal. Then again, MJ is still dunking and he's nearing 50 ha!

        I was actually going to mention Triathlons initially but getting punched is what drew me away from that.

            Just from the currently active ones, theres for example;

            Wladimir, Vitali, Tarver, Hopkins, Glen Johnson, Marquez, Mosley if you wanna call what hes doing high level, k9 just won a strap.. i dont know, is tua considered high level?

            I'm sure theres a bunch more. If you accept mid thirties theres obviously an absurd amount of fighters matching the criteria.
            Well, you mentioned fighters in their mid-thirties that are in their primes, that's a cool list, but those guys aren't in their primes.

                Okay, great. So you honestly believe that Vitali, Glen Johnson, Tarver, K-9, Mosley, Marquez, ect.. are all in their primes? Because that's what the question was asking...

                    The question I asked, Someone, was to name more?

                    Name more, meaning, fighters who are in their mid-thirties and are in their prime. He named Martinez and Wladimir as fitting the criteria, initially.

                    Name more fighters in the sport of boxing who are in their prime and also in their mid-thirties................

                      Most of them aren't I'm not sure about Vitali though.Wladimir is in his prime still. I think when a fighter is in their mid thirties they can either be past their prime or in their prime, it depends on the fighter.
