I remember him saying something like that. I think it was for the build up to Pacquiao-Cotto.

He said something like, "When Cotto out jabbed Mosley, he out jabbed one of the best jabbers in welterweight history."

He said it in the Pacquaio-Cotto build up and the Maweather-Mosley build up.

In the Pac-Cotto build up he talked about how Cotto outjabbed the 'master jabber' Shane Mosley.

And in the Mayweather-Mosley build up he said "Mayweather struggled with Oscar's jab, and Mosley is the 'master jabber' so he will most likely have trouble with Shane".
