Floyd Mayweather Jr. and his many minions are talking about big fights like a breakfast chef whipping up omelette after omelette.

Um, no he can't lol that's actually exactly how he DOESN'T want to fight because he'll run into counters all night. He needs to use his jab.

Now I REALLY can't see Ortiz pulling the upset...

Practically calling Mayweather Burto is an insult to Mayweather.

Mayweather was ringside at the Berto Ortiz fight. Doesn't Garcia think that's exactly the game plan Mayweather is going to expect?

I love how people just say the words "use the jab" as an answer to everything...lol

That is exactly how he HAS to fight vs Mayweather. Let's look at the reality here. Mayweather is about as a complete fighter as you will find in boxing. Ortiz can't stand outside and box with him, he can't counter him because Floyd won't come forward so what is he to do?

The only thing he can do, pressure Mayweather the way he did Berto, get inside and make this as rough of a fight as he possibly can. There's no way Ortiz can match Floyd's jab and skill from the outside, he will get picked apart.

Ortiz is stronger than Mayweather and needs to use his aggressiveness and size, especially on the inside with those powerful hooks and upper cuts coming from the right hand as a left handed fighter.

That is why Garcia is right...

Good to hear Garcia's comments. Hopefully it continues and leads to a truce between the brothers and their camps. No need for Mexicans to be hating on each other.

Obviously Ortiz cant outbox Mayweather so yeah this is the only strategy to use. Team Ortiz might be surprised that Mayweather and Berto are on such different levels its not even funny. Good luck Vic.
