Maybe he does not need a strong punch, he does great on points.

He does need a decent punch, just to earn respect in the ring. However, he wears opponents down, he doesn`t KO them with single shots. This has been the case most of Toney`s career, its got gonna change!

I don't think he can one punch ko any HWs but he could probably earn a TKO or a KO because of an accumulation of punches if he gets someone hurt.

Some heavyweights. But his skills is better then anyone in the HW. I see him winning most of his fights by UD. Toney had alot of power when he was a middleweight, but not as an HW.

No he doesn't have much power at heavyweight. He has superior boxing ability to all the heavies which is in my eyes just as important.

not sure BUt he can accumulate punches to stopping heavyweighst later on in the fight. He doenst ahve one punch KO at heavy if thats what you are asking

he's got a little pop, but nothing where i'd consider him to be close to a knockout artist. good examples of punching power would be the klitschkos, peter, and brewster most notably.

toney wasnt a big puncher as a middleweight either
