    Rewatched Khan-Judah

the performance actually wasnt as great as I thought when I rewatched it. For the first 3 or 4 rounds he looked better but still pretty much the same guy. He was still really amtureish lookin at times.

He was fighting like 2 guys on the street fight who are kinda scared of eachother. He would be standing on the outside looking like "uhhhhh" and then just run in and throw alot of shots. There was no technique behind it.

I did like that good long left hook that he threw over Zab's right jab, like Floyd does some and Pac does alot now. Pac killed Cotto with that and Khan was doing that to Zab.

I cant remember if it was the 4th or 5th round but thats when he started getting more consistent and looking more disciplined. All in all it was a hard performance to judge. He was good but still flawed.

However, everyone knows that I talk about the Soutpaw advantage more then anyone on this site and I know that can trouble some guys. Zab ****** like he always does now. Sure alot of it was Khan but Zab was being cautious anyways because thats what he does now.

Therefore the only way to see how good and how far Khan has really come now is to see him in with a good righty. If he still fights like an amature then, he has no excuse. He's definitely not ready for Floyd if you go just by that Zab fight. It would be a mismatch. But again, he might look alot more consistent against a righty.

You cant just stand there looking like "should I go, should I go" and then just run in and throw alot of wild shots. An elite guy would pick that apart. Have to see him against a righty to judge fully.

Edit: He had very good footwork & movement though. Best Ive ever seen him with and looked like some of the best in boxing for that night. His jab was also on point and a good job is probably the best punch in boxing

aggressive boxers aren't as technical as defensive boxers. khan is aggressive, so he can look a little wild.

Yes he did. Im not saying he's not good. He's obviously that. Im talkin about him in a top P4P sense and wether he can be the face of boxing or be dominant like a Mayweather or Pac. I thought he could be that when I watched it live but looking back, IDK if he can reach that

I agree khan is still vulnerable but thats just the way things go, someone gets a good win and he gets overhyped. Last fight khan was slated as poor against mccloskey, which he was. Khan imo would get beat easy by floyd or pac

It's a good thing that he lead with his jab most often when he bull-rush in, most other Boxers don't do that.

I think it is wise that he is talking about taking 2 more fights before before going after someone like Mayweather because yes as good as he was, he still has MANY FLAWS, Flaws that Mayweather would certainly EXPLOIT

for example, he gets extremely WILD AT TIMES when coming forward, Judah had no problems making Khan miss him, Judah just wasn't throwing anything back at him after making him miss

but Khan is still young and he will continue to improve, but I think some people are overrating him a little after that performance, all this Mayweather talk and what he would do to Mayweather is a little laughable but it is expected, fans tend to go crazy and over hype a guy after a good performance

                  I agree with you dude.

Zab had just beaten one of the best 140 pounders in Matts, and also beat a very good fighter in Mabuza. Zab was one of the best 140 pounders in the world, and Khan completely destroyed him. Khan was really kicking his ass in the fifth.

Most people here were predicting a win by KO for Judah, and even many boxers and experts said it was a pick em up, but Khan shocked everyone and destroyed him.

I think it was an amazing win for Khan, and if Zab didn't quit, Khan would've beat him silly.

I'm a Khan supporter, but fully agree with what you've said. He's still has flaws, but i definately did see some very good signs against Zab.
As for fighting Mayweather in two fights time may be a little too soon.
Although i think he could still give Floyd problems, he would eventually get figured out.
