I expect to see Bradley fight for his 1.3 mill guarantee before the year ends then a big fight and if he signs with Top Prank it will be Pac cause Pac wont have a choice.
You have no idea what you are talking about.

The reason Bradley is having contract issues is because he owes Shaw ONE MORE FIGHT. Shaw wanted that fight to be Khan, Bradley on the otherhand wanted someone easier.

The reason Bradley is having contract issues is because he ducked Khan. To suggest Bradley is not fighting Khan because of contract issues is so dumb and ignorant, when you consider this is a comments thread for an article in which Bradley repeats he does not want to fight Khan.

How many times does Bradley have to say he does not want to fight Khan? How many times does he say he is afraid of losing to him? Man, this very thread is comments thread for Bradley saying this! My god some of you are deluded

What don't you guys get..? It has nothing to do with being scared and calling it a duck....he chasing 2 the biggest fight outthere...everybody using these words like he's wants no part of khan, but the opponents he's chasing are 10x better than Khan....

People have the audacity to hate on Alexander, but I guarantee you 100% Devon would have fought Khan if he defeated Bradley.

And his payday will be the same or less, so whats the point? He is either as thick as two short planks or he is recieving terrible advice, but worse, he is taking it!

          • So he's scared to lose to Khan because if he loses he would lose his chance at fighting Pacquiao.

So what's wrong with that? What are any of you critics doing? Watching Bradley's every move, being fanatics, talking shit. Fact is, any of you idiots would love to be in his shoes right now. Talking shit of a man not scared of making his own decisions, listening to some "boss".

I seriously don't like this guy Bradley, and Bradley fans know this. But it's bullshit to bash the guy, bunch of fat asses who don't have one pro fight or know the business part of the sport first hand, not even I do, but I can understand what's going on here. You are all thinking illogically, why risk a real career high pay day in Pacquiao, by fighting what could be a temporary career high pay day, or his last high pay day. Hell yeah it's too risky, is Khan some bum Bradley could walk over and the get the Pac fight? No, he's not. Bob Arum has already mentioned Timothy Bradley as a possible opponent for Pacquiao, so obviously Bradley has already paid his dues.

Beating Khan would enhance his chances at fighting Floyd, but beating Pacquiao would surely get him a shot at Floyd and make him a brand new cash cow. Khan can wait, you guys are not looking at the big picture at all.

He's focusing on his contract issues and you guys wanna take what he's done in the divison now...
quality of opponents??? so holt, campbell, & peterson hold THAT much weight??... i dont count tim/devon, it was a MAJOR let down... like i said, khan & tim have comparable resumes... if you think tim's resume is light years ahead of khans, then i have no reason to continue this conversation.... IMO, its a toss up... but khan DEFINITELY matched tim at this point. i respect tim, his blue collar workrate and determination EARNED him his ranking... but to completely **** on khans accomplishments thus far is crazy. and to not consider khan the MAIN man at 140 is even crazier (based on resume, activity, performance, & drawing power)...

Good points. Tim has every right to handle his business his way. But if he beat Khan on Saturday he'd have about $1 mil in his bank account(after taxes and exspenses) and been in position to sign with TR or GBP to fight either floyd or manny. If he lost he'd still have the dough.

Now he has to fight the lawsuit, then sign with TR, fight on the undercard and then maybe get a shot at Manny if the floyd fight isn't made.

Seems like the cash and exposure, win or lose against khan, was the better move. On the other hand if you are going to lose either way (and I think he does) then get $3 mil for an a$$ whoppin from Manny rather than $1.4 for a Khan a$$ whippin.

I agree with you. I'm not a huge Alexander fan, but if hed beaten Bradley, I believe he would've done what is obvious, and fought Khan, instead of being a huge coward like Bradley.

Bradley blew his chance to ever get a significant fanbase, they guy is a boring coward. And he openly says he doesn't care what the fans think. Bradley is a disgrace and he exemplifies all that is wrong with boxing.

I have a problem with it. He is calculating on making a vast amount more than he would for fighting Khan, where he gets that idea from I dont know. Whether its Floyd or Manny, they are going to offer him a seriously low offer because they will be acutely aware of his situation and the fact that he has nowhere else to go, add in the fact that he has virtually no name outside of the boxing world and isnt an attraction even in his home town.

I could understand this if he was a household name or had a record of selling PPV or he was an interesting characte/personality(a la Ortiz), but he brings none of this. a Khan fight would make him a few million and better still, a win would increase his value considerably. He has/was on a good run, but his main threat at his weight is chasing him frantically and he is going off in a different direction. Its lame and it sucks badly.
