he's not a draw as it is.
if he was confident in his abilities against khan he would have fought him when he had the chance
his holding out is evidence that he's clearly not confident enough that he's willing to fight khan and risk the accolades and leverage that he'd get in victory against a defeat, which would completely destroy the opportunity to fight pacquiao or mayweather.
