I'm not sure how many guys Ariza helps Roach with but the two that he does train seem to be doing pretty freaking good. Also of note is that when Kahn switched up and went away from training with Ariza he didn't look so good. With Ariza back in the picture he seems to be doing quite well. I never would have believed Kahn would take Judah down with a body shot till I seen it.

I never knew the NFL was using such exercises (I learn something everyday). Makes sense though since they need alot of fast twitch muscles to move those big bodies aroudn so quickly.

Very true, I thought for sure Judah was in do or die mode but I guess all the beatings he took just stole the mans soul.

Anyone find it kinda odd that Ariza isn't as ripped and shredded as you would like to think given his association with top fit boxers?

It's like asking why some doctors smoke and some dentists eat candy.
