    Castillo by decision.

Castillo is better than Hatton in every category in my opinion except for speed. It will be tough for sure but the Castillo that fought the way he did last night wins it on points. The are both wear you down type fighters but I think Castillo is better on the inside and the outside. Size won't make much difference in the fight. They will be about the same weight come fight time.

Thinking about it... I'm starting to want this fight for Hatton nearly as much as I want the Mayweather fight.

I reckon this Hatton vs Castillo fight will be a hell of a lot easier to make than Hatton vs Mayweather too, coz' Castillo wants to fight the best, and doesn't ***** about money all the time.

I went with Hatton by UD although there are many possible outcomes....Hatton is the fresher fighter since he has not been in many big fights and wars like Castillo has but I could easily see it going the other way I don't know if Hatton could take those vicious Left Hooks from Castillo since we have really yet to see his chin truley tested....Zoo did not really land his hardest punches against Hatton and they would be coming from a different place if he was fighting Castillo.Very close match-up would love to see it.

both fighters are superb infighters. while hatton hits more and faster, castillo hits harder with better accuracy. i picked hatton by TKO cuz i just dont see the ref watching hatton swarm castillo for the entire fight.

but if castillo lands a picture perfect left hook in the middle of hattons assault, he could KO cold hatton like he did with corrales.

its pretty even but i say hatton by TKO.

              hmm

Castillo had a devastatingly good performance last night in a fight the majority thought he would lose. Hatton is no bigger than Castillo and Castillo in fact may be a bit bigger than Hatton, coming into the ring at 154 normally. Perhaps Hatton may have more muscle but Castillo has the bigger bones? It's interesting to think about and how it might affect the fight. I say it's a pick-em fight.

They should fight not in Mexico or England but the U.S. in Vegas where fights like this are really enjoyed. Castillo needs to move up to 140 anyway. I can't think of a better fight for him to start at that weight than vs Hatton.

I like how you just ignore Castillo screwing up on the weight issue last night.

What does last night have to do with a possible match between Hatton and Castillo? That's right, nothing at all.

Yeah, and Ricky wants to fight the best, too. That's why he's going after Maussa.

Im sure Im gonna get flamed but Castillo is a better fighter than KT. Castillo can fight good against inside or outside style, and he can rough house with the best of them if he needs to. And no im not saying this because he beat corrales I've said this before.
He's only a better inside fighter. You're like IWatchBoxing claiming that Trinidad is better than De la Hoya, it's just not true.

id like to point out that Jose Luis Castillo is undefeated whenever he has weighed more than 135 lbs.

... just thought that was interesting.
