The only reason why Khan has so many haters is simply due to the fact that hes a rising star, and he has the same camp as Pac. Khan is a beast, and the future of boxing. Wow, it's sad to come into a boxing forum and find so many people that don't know **** about boxing.

Here's how it works: Anything below the belly button is considered a low blow. Before the fight the referee determines where punches must land in order to be considered a low blow, this is based on how high or low each fighters trunks are. Sometimes a referee will say that a low blow is below the belt line, while at other times a referee will say a low blow includes the belt line, it varies and that's why the referee looks at each fighter and determines where a low blow will be.

In this case he clearly said anything on the belt line would be considered low, the punch started below the belt line and continued upward finishing on the belt line.

Plain and simple a low blow, not debatable at all.
