Martinez must be hurting for money. He's desperate to fight these little guys. How about you dominate your MW div and unify Sergio? Stop calling out Manny and Floyd.

Martinez could take a blood test, urine test, dna test, IQ test even a pregnancy test. It wouldn't matter, Mayweather would not get into the ring with him!

        pity.

and for the record, if Pac truly IS the milli vanilli of boxing, then that simply means that BOXING LOVES MILLI VANILLI.

in your eyes, the great majority of boxing scribes and historians are all fooled by Pac and his minions and only YOU brother Jay and a select few see the truth. suuure its not your criteria, but if its not, then who's is it?

all these awards from reputable boxing writers/organizations must be a trick then.

some sort of fluke that simply cannot be explained by science.

after all, according to you, Pac somehow MISERABLY FAILED THE CRITERIA OF BOXING, yet somehow, all Pac gets are mostly ACCOLADES, AWARDS, HIGH PRAISE AND CONGRATULATORY REMARKS.
(of course there are some scathing remarks more recently which i found he deserved to some extent)

heck, Pac is one of the most awarded boxer in the history of boxing! why oh why is that brother jay?

you are upset that people don't agree with your opinions.

that's understandable, but the sad part is you actually cannot comprehend that its simply YOUR OPINION.

nonetheless, your entitled to your opinions/delusions and i won't deny you that.
i commend and admire your self control....

in not allowing yourself to be drag to name calling and other negative posts in this case...

it is not easy.....but keep it up...

        cheers...

Do you mean guys like Bert Sugar and Al Bernstein ?

Guys who say that Pac is a truly great fighter, but then both admit that Marquez already beat him twice

Or do you mean organisations like " The Ring ".

The magazine who had Pac ranked as the #1 welter despite the fact that Manny had never actually fought a welterweight at 147, and had only beaten a guy who was well-faded, ranked no higher than 4, at catchweight

Come on man, you have your head up your arse if you cannot see that Pac has not faced a live dog since Marquez, and that his recent resume has been a collection of carefully manufactured, masterfully manipulated, exhibition match-up's.

Much as I like to call Floyd " Mayflower ", I am finding it harder and harder to use that nick when referring to him.

The fact is, Mayweather is fighting the guys that Pacquiao will not face, and Manny's 8 different ridiculous reasons for not wanting to fight Mayweather, ooops, I mean..... take the test..... are simply absurd.

            * Pac would not fight JMM, so Mayweather did, and he got rubbished for it.
Three years and three divisions later, now that the ENTIRE WORLD knows that JMM cannot hang at welter..... Manny wants to fight Marquez, and his fans think that he is reaching for greatness, and that this will prove "once-and-for-all" who is the better fighter.

            * Pac would not fight Shane Mosley, Manny flat out ducked him like a b1tch.
Once again, Mayweather stepped up when Pacquiao would not.
18 months later, when the ENTIRE WORLD could see that Shane was old, shot, and could no longer pull the trigger..... suddenly Pac wants to fight Shane.

            * Pac would not fight Victor Ortiz, citing that he was " too green ".
This is despite Ortiz having ****** Manny around in sparring, and him coming off a stellar win against a guy who Pac had on his own short-list So what happens, yet again, and even in spite of a long layoff, Mayweather steps up and fights the guy who Pacquiao will not face.

Come on man, whats up with that ?

Pac has never fought a welter ranked as high as Ortiz.

When is the last time Pac fought a champion who was young, fast, skilled, hungry, and right on top of his game?

            " too green " ?

            I disagree with Jay's analogy.

Pacquiao is not the " Milli Vanilli " of boxing.

They were fake, and Manny is a terrific fighter.

He is just badly overhyped, especially in comparision to the greats.

Pac is the " ****e Girls " of boxing.
            i don't get your analogy.

the ****e girls were a phenomenal singing group. they were fun-loving, inspiring and produced excellent songs together.

pac is a fun-loving, inspiring fighter who gave us excellent fights.

you acknowledge manny is a terrific fighter.

so why do you hate on him for not fighting fighters you want him to? after marquez, there are numerous possibilities for him and hopefully, he'd give us a rather interesting match.

            what are the facts here?

Pac is a phenomenal fighter who gave incredible fights in the past. many folks of course were disappointed with his more recent fights, but as i said before, the possibilities for better fights after marquez are looking good.

you want to hate on him in the meantime, go ahead dude.

            waste of energy IMHO.

hopefully, after marquez (i'll be totally disappointed if he fails to knock the guy out. Marquez, unlike Mosley WON'T run away, so the likelihood of a knockout is indeed high) we'll see better matchups for Pac, with the greatest possible one with Floyd.

no matter how intense your hatred for Pac for NOT getting the matches you want him to take, THAT WON'T CHANGE ANYTHING.

it would only increase your chance of a heart attack.

if Pac will get a fight with Floyd/martinez or whatever other fighter you want him to get, EXCELLENT!

if not, well, it ain't the end of the world that's for sho.

Well, Milli Vanlli came back out after the debacle singing their own songs. They had talent, but it was easier for them to sit back and take credit for things that they really hadn't earned. My analogy fits nicely.

Manny is a terrific fighter. He however, like Milli Vanilli, doesn't deserve most of the accolades that he's gotten.

How is Manny Pacquiao "Fighter of the Decade" for fighting Erik Morales and DLH?

Roy Jones Jr unified the LHW division, and then moved all the way up to HW and captured a HW title. It was 100 years since the last person(Fitzsimmons) managed to accomplish that feat. Jones couldn't make Lewis fight. He wouldn't take the fight so Jones had to go with Ruiz.

Are you fcuking kidding me? Erik Morales beat Pacquiao the first time!

No one in decades has been as dominate as Roy Jones was before he came back down to 175lbs. Ricardo Lopez was, but he primarily stayed at one weight between 103-107lbs.

Honest? by calling out 2 fighters who are 2 division below him. But, he can't fight one division above because he's too small! He's the most hypocrite fighters out there.

Right now, Sergio is middleweight and Pac and Floyd are still welterweight.

                  Come off it.

Your taste in music is as poor as your knowledge of boxing.

The ****e Girls were a manufactured pop act that was directed mainly toward teenagers. They were an interesting " fad ", and their popularity quickly died off, as expected.

In the annals of music history, they are nothing, and are already forgotten.

They were NEVER great music-makers, they looked good whilst singing made-to-order tunes.

" A good fighter will look great if he holds all of the advantages "
