Khan is growing on me, and is a terrific fighter. But you have to admit, he looked like **** without his "magic shake" man. He sure brought him back in a hurry. That made me wonder.

geez... people forget ariza puts together the conditioning plan as well. its not just his "magic shakes". he puts together the drills, diets, circuit, etc... the man does more than just make shakes...
