He's a boxer. See the difference??

And as for this thread, yes Manny Pacquiao lands more power punches than Floyd. That is no surprise. But the fact that you excluded the jab because its used to set up punches rather than hurt is ******. The jab has more uses than setting up punches. And trust me. If used correctly a jab can be used to hurt. I've sparred plenty of times and there were times when I would try to be aggressive and come in strong but I ran right into his jab, which stopped me right in my tracks as well (also gave me a nose bleed). There is a difference when you're just getting jabbed and when you COLLIDE with a jab. In fact I believe that Floyd dropped an opponent with a jab to the body. So how are you going to tell me a jab is not a hurting punch, when that jab that made my nose bleed hurt me??

The jab is used for many things, but the fact that it used for not just scoring punches means that it will give false accuracy reading when it come to compubox.

I would say Pacquiao is more of a pure boxer, since boxing is pugilism, but I saved that argument for another day.

            lets rephrase your bias.......

According to compubox, do jabs land?

Fact: Floyd has a higher total connect percentage and is therefore more accurate than Pacquiao (see Boxing Tiger's posts in this thread)

            The facts answer your question.

Would you agree that boxing is defined as the art of hitting your opponent without being hit? Certainly you cannot say that Pac is a better pure boxer than Floyd by that definition.

The birth hour of boxing as a sport may be its acceptance by the ancient Greeks as an Olympic game as early as 688 BC

                    Greeks: D4thincarnation you're a *******....

if we ignore jabs all together manny has a higher connect percentage. and no the only part i like about boxing is the hitting i hate the dodging of punches...
