i cant condone the comments that caused this response. religious orientation and country of origin (directly or of descendants) does not define a person. their actions and attitudes define them. plenty of morons of every faith and nationality out there. its a character and attitude issue. its not a race, colour or creed issueComment

Who in the blue **** has Khan ever talked **** about before they talked **** about him?i cant condone the comments that caused this response. religious orientation and country of origin (directly or of descendants) does not define a person. their actions and attitudes define them. plenty of morons of every faith and nationality out there. its a character and attitude issue. its not a race, colour or creed issue
And everybody and their mammas know that the reason the Brits (not all of them but alot of them) can't stand khan is because Hatton is done, Haye too, and Froch just isn't exciting so that leaves Khan as the top dog of Britain..And a brown kid creating the most buzz and being the most successful just lights a fire under that ass.Comment

Ah, but that's where you're so very wrong. How many times do we here in the UK hear the words, "I'm a British ******".i cant condone the comments that caused this response. religious orientation and country of origin (directly or of descendants) does not define a person. their actions and attitudes define them. plenty of morons of every faith and nationality out there. its a character and attitude issue. its not a race, colour or creed issueComment

It's clearly racist. you never display anywhere near the same amount of hatred towards the numerous ****** boxers of Black or Eastern european descent, but you're happy to single out Khan because of ethnicity. You even went out of your way to refer to him as a Pakistani in your initial thread.
So yes you're in fact a racist p.rick who is hating on a man who has accomplished far more than you ever will just because of the geographic location where his parents were born.Comment

To answer your point about the other ****** boxers. Well yes, you do lose respect for them, but they're not the nutcase relgious zealots that you mainly get in that whole middle east region.
As a case for my defence, may I say the boxer who bugs me most of all these days is not Khan, but Andre Ward.
I mean what the f**k is S.O.G all about?Comment

Comments like these from Amir aren't exactly the kind of comments that are going to win your fellow Brits over. I suspect a few more just fell off after reading some of the dribble Khan said. The Americans may be being "friendlier" to him over here, but for the most part no one knows who the **** he is. Once they start hearing his comments like these ("No one else out there is fighting the best in the division. Only Me." OH REALLY?) and the self absorbed, dillusional over stated egotistical statements he continues to make, they're likely to turn on him for the most part too. In my experience the American fans like a fighter who atleast has some humility and doesn't overstate himself and under value others. I think it really says something about a fighter who is disliked by his own Country, and is looking to downgrade it by proclaiming that another Country is better to him then they are.Comment
