Thai and Chinese yes, but no Filipino restaurants...nobody in America wants to eat eggs that are about to hatch...thats just disgusting

Yea, I also put broccoli too. And instead of boiling the crap out of some stew beef or london broil, I use nicely browned, mini-steaks of tri tip cooked medium-rare. Think I said it before, I know my family cooks things differently, prolly because my lola was a formally trained chef.

Haven't seen Filipinos run Chinese restaurants (usually Koreans) but I do see significant number of Filipinos running fried chicken shops.
