My question still stands and has little to do with the rule of NSB. What's the point of mentioning Floyd when the way he KOed Hatton was completely different to the way Manny KOed him.


He was on his way to stopping him, in the eight round he started putting a beating on Hatton, stringing his punches together and landing flush. From that point it was clear that Hatton was going to get stopped when Floyd decided it was time.

You cannot argue with it because I am right.

By the 10th round Hatton took a serious beating, his stamina was diminished so naturally his punch resistance dropped. If he got caught by the left hook earlier in the fight it wouldn't have the same effect.

I'll say this once more, and once more only. I NEVER claimed Hatton didn't take a beating from Floyd. My question was simply "Was Hatton severely damaged by the check-hook." If you believe that punch didn't hurt Hatton then you are entitled to your opinion.

I enjoyed the discussion. I wish I could have a similar debate on the thread about Zab being number 1 P4P.
