I just got back from Italy and have never seen so many fat people in my life. Im American, and I promise you I am in better shape then 99% of this board. And for an FYI, the McDonald's over there were packed with tourists from all over the world. We never touched the stuff.

its about the intake of calories, if you are eating fewer calories than what you're body is burning then you will lose weight.
