Head to head Id like to matchup Lewis, Holyfield, Bowe and Tyson against Foreman, Frazier, Ali and Norton.

I don't think so. And historically I think the heavyweight division had always been overrated.

          Nope.

90's could have been sick if not for all the unfortunate circumstances and some fighters reluctance to fight eachother.

The 90's definitely had the potential BUT yea, too bad unfortunate accidents happen. Oh well, least there's fight night champion for that!

70s was definitely the best based off of the fact that it had numerous atgs, champions etc. and for the most part they all fought each other. i cant think of an era of heavyweight boxing that was more prolific. if someone knows any, im open to suggestions. and plz not the 90s...it wasnt that great.

70's was the best. But, the 2nd half of that decade was not as good.

The best time period for HW boxing was 65-75. Top, elite fighters during those 10 years. 6 of the top 15 greatest HW of all time fought during that time period.
